Ready for more Sunshine?

It is that time of year again.  Time for Daylight Savings Time. 

So that means that on Sunday at 2AM it is time to "Spring Forward" Which means that YES you lose an hour of sleep.  So here are some tips to remember.

1. Your computer and Smart Phone will automatically Adjust
2. You should adjust your clocks in your house BEFORE going to bed on Saturday night.
3. Don't forget about the clocks in your car. 
4. If you have events to attend on Sunday double check the time. :)

And remember that just because you are losing an hour of sleep you are gaining a little more light in the day.
